Development of Policies and Procedures:

Master Security prides itself in becoming one with your organization. A member of Master Security’s Management will meet with members of your organization to understand the business, procedures, and philosophy of your organization. In doing this, Master Security can develop the right procedures along side your organization to ensure that we are maximizing the potential security needs that your company requires.

Once developed, these policies and procedures are implemented and enforced to provide a secured environment. Once completed, Master Security trains its Officers on these policies and procedures to enforce them unilaterally across your entire organization. This will ensure the consistency and integrity of your security program is  being achieved.

Risk Assessment and Management:

Using highly trained Officers, Master Security is able to perform security risk assessments of company buildings, grounds, and existing procedures. We provide assistance in identifying areas of vulnerability and make recommendations for improvements compatible with the needs of our customer.
